​Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

EICRs (also known as Landlord Certificates) can be provided on both vacant and occupied properties to allow the sale or rental of such.
We can provide these certificates for landlords, owner-occupiers and on behalf of estate agents.
Rewires (partial or full)

Re-wiring or partial re-wiring of domestic and commercial properties undertaken.   Additional works can be carried out during the re-wiring process as required to make your home or workplace work better for you.

Certification​​

All of our certifiable electrical work will generate a comprehensive certificate to ensure compliance with the current British Standard. We also offer electrical condition reporting (EICR), formerly known as periodic inspections, of fixed electrical installations. All notifiable works are informed to Building Control authorities.
