‘Flash Offers’ refers to the limited offers therein the post/ad only and cannot be transferred, or be in conjunction with any other offers.
Unless otherwise stated in the ad, all changing of lighting or accessories are cosmetic only and will be replaced in their existing location(s). If you require points to be moved, or require new, additional points, this can be quoted for accordingly. Any issues which may present an installation will be highlighted by the installer and discussed with the customer before continuing. ElectricCo reserves the right to stop and/or cancel a job at any time if safety issues arise during the course of the job.
The offer will be valid for the stated timeframe only, this will not be extended. Bookings taken within the offer timeframe will be honoured even if the installation date exceeds this.
ElectricCo Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw and alter the ‘Flash Offers’ without notice.
Offers are valid only for postcodes starting with: NE6, NE7, NE12, NE23, NE25, NE26, NE27, NE28, NE29 and NE30, properties outside of this may incur additional travel charges. Please inform us immediately of your location to confirm prices.
Properties served south of the River Tyne will also incur a tunnel charge of £2.20 each way.
All payments to be made in full at time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable providing we are advised at least 48 hours before the time of your fitting appointment.
For offers of ‘fitting only’, ElectricCo Ltd. reserves the right to refuse installation of any non-standard light fittings or light fittings which do not comply to British Standard, bearing the BS kite mark, or any light fittings which are damaged and deemed to be potentially dangerous by the engineer attending.
For all offers, ElectricCo Ltd. reserve the right to refuse installation for any safety related matter eg. access to lighting points via ladder (above 3m or above staircase), access to lighting with obstacles, condition of fixed electrics, security of fixing to surfaces, safety of electrics. This list is not exhaustive. Please inform us upon ordering what the location of the item is, if above 3m or difficult to access then additional charges may apply to hire access equipment.
Right of Refusal
You have the right to refuse the goods or services which we provide you with, please see our cancellation policy for charges which may occur in this instance.
Please ensure to check any proposed goods supplied through Flash Offers before they are fitted, once fitted the goods are non-returnable.
ElectricCo reserves the right to refuse to fit any goods supplied by either you or us for any safety reason. If we are unable to proceed with the fitting of any goods, we will advise of the reason for this. If that reason is down to our error, a full refund or other agreeable option will be offered. If the reason we are unable to proceed is due to the customer not complying with the terms and conditions, we will offer a refund less the cost of delivery/return/handling charge of the item and a standard on the day cancellation fee.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds will be given in full, less the cost of any delivery/return/handling charges if cancelled at least 14 calendar days prior to the booking date.
Any goods supplied and fitted by electricCo that are found to be faulty, will be replaced at no additional cost, or a full refund will be offered. If we suspect that goods fitted are faulty due to damage or interference after fitting is complete, an investigation will take place prior to any refund being considered.
